V. Working principle:
This solenoid valve is closed at the factory. When the installation is completed, the power is turned on, and the solenoid valve linkage box gives a close signal after the coil is energized to generate magnetic force and the solenoid valve is closed. After the safety is eliminated, the solenoid valve handle is manually pulled up to open the solenoid valve.
Six, the main parameters:
1. Applicable gas: natural gas; petroleum liquefied gas; artificial gas.
2. Rated voltage: Type A is AC220V ; Type B is AC220V or DC24V .

Seven Instructions:
1. Valve closing method:
The gas leak alarm system connected to the solenoid valve, fire control and other intelligent alarm control terminal modules send off signals, and the valve closes quickly; in case of emergency, the operator can manually unscrew the dust cover and manually press the valve stem (about 50N ) The valve can also be closed.
2. Valve opening method:
After removing the fault, pull the handle up with manual force to open the valve, and the valve can remain open.
Note : When opening the valve, if the handle is difficult to pull upwards, use a flat-blade screwdriver to loosen the pressure relief rod counterclockwise to balance the inlet and outlet pressures at both ends of the valve. Tighten the lever clockwise. Avoid brutal operation, so as not to damage the valve opening actuator.
3. When the valve is cut off, it must be confirmed on the spot. After the hidden danger of the accident is eliminated, the valve can be manually opened to restore power and ventilation.
Eight, explosion-proof matters needing attention:
1. The reserved length of the cable is 1M ,
2. The free end of the cable should be placed in equipment suitable for the environment.
Nine, installation requirements:
1. The valve installation unit shall have corresponding qualifications and be installed in accordance with relevant gas pipeline construction specifications.
2. It is recommended to install a manual ball valve in front of this solenoid valve for maintenance.
3. This solenoid valve should be installed in a place where it is easy to clean and operate.
4. It should be installed in the direction of air flow indicated by the valve body. Horizontal and vertical installations of DN100 and below must be installed horizontally.
5. The solenoid valve control wire should be connected correctly and reliably.
6. When the pipeline is purged, it is recommended to isolate the solenoid valve to prevent debris in the pipe from damaging the valve sealing material.
7. Before the pipeline is pressure tested to check the sealing performance, the solenoid valve should be opened.
8. When opening the valve manually, it should be operated when the inlet and outlet pressure of the valve is balanced.
9. Never open the cover with power on.
10. When the free end of the solenoid valve is connected in a hazardous location, it should be protected in accordance with GB3836.1.
Note: The electrical equipment installed in hazardous locations should meet the requirements of GB3836.15.
Ten, solenoid valve wiring requirements:
The wiring of industrial solenoid valve is shown in the figure below. The wiring must be correct, firm and reliable, and the protective measures for wiring must be taken.
Eleven, valve maintenance:
It is recommended that users regularly check the valve for opening and closing. If any failure is found, the professional or manufacturer should be notified in time for maintenance .
12. Attentions for users:
1. Before installation of the gas solenoid valve, check whether the packaging is intact and whether it is wet, and use a 500 Megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance. The resistance value should not be lower than 20M Ω .
2. This solenoid valve only cuts off the path after the solenoid valve. It does not cut off the path before the solenoid valve. Please pay attention to the user and the unit during installation.
3. If a leak is found, the gas switch quickly and automatically cuts off the gas source. After the fault is removed, open the solenoid valve.
4. The user shall not disassemble the solenoid valve arbitrarily during use, and shall not knock or bump the solenoid valve at will.
5. During use, wipe the oil stain on the surface every month and keep it clean.
6. Any valve damage or component loss caused by improper storage or illegal construction is not covered by our free warranty.
7. Whether the valve and pipeline or flange are balanced during installation. There should be no big difference, otherwise it will cause air leakage or damage the valve.
8. The wiring diagram should be shown in the wiring diagram. Do not wire it incorrectly, otherwise the module will be damaged or the function will fail. The outgoing line should be protected accordingly.
9. After the valve is commissioned, corresponding protective measures such as rain and frost prevention shall be done.
10. There should be relevant warning signs on the site, such as: stepping is strictly prohibited, and can only be opened after troubleshooting.
11. When repairing the valve, please close the front and rear valves first, and cut off the power to the solenoid valve at the same time.
